Robert McGee made Jerk Wings after some torrential rains... I liked 'em soo much, I made some too!
Like the McGee's, I brined the pieces for an hour (or two) then soaked 'em in "a slurry of Walkerswood" and olive oil for several hours

I buy my chicken parts from this joint:

El Rey Foods in Milwaukee, a Great Place! With the largest chicken pieces I've ever seen!
And priced incredibly inexpensive!
Ok, on the Weber Performer direct and indirect until grilled to la perfección!

I'm going to have to try that jerk seasoning. There was a restaurant that had some really good jerk wings. Unfortunately, they closed last year! :(

Chicken & Pasta you can't go wrong with that. And the Mercado always have great cut's meat/poultry & sausage's

Hey mon, nice jerk wing cook on that tricked out Performer!
I'm afraid I'd need some ice cream after all that heat though!
