Rack of lamb

I recently discovered an organic butcher shop near my house. The difference in their product is amazing, chicken, beef, lamb all so good. Picked up 2 rack of lamb last night. No cooking pics it was on and off the grill faster than I expected. Served with twice baked blue cheese potatoes and broccolini
