I have not posted in a long time... This was from Sunday evening over the Labor Day weekend.

Not many pics this time... I got side tracked. (aka... Single Malt)
Lamb was marinated in EVOO, Fresh Thyme, Fresh Rosemary, Salt, Pepper and wee bit of garlic.
On the grill (sorry, out of focus)...

Pulled at 135, rested for 10 minutes and sliced.

Simple, but very tasty.
 
Looks super! Not much of a lamb person but you made it look really good! Might have to convert.
