Quickie - Tri Tip on the Performer

A quickie cook tonight, with not much time for pics as we prepared to head out.....

Indirect on the Performer at about 400 lid temp for 30 minutes, seared for 3 minutes per side produced this:

....and sliced after a bit of a rest:

Just how I like it (and, according to the assembled masses, how my family likes it, too!)
