Quick turkey burgers..

Howdy folks...been a busy spring and I am way behind on my posts..been looking at lots of wonderful cooks..just not posting much!! You guys have really been turning it on here at the Twvbb!! Quick turkey burgers ..have not had much luck direct grilling these so I tried the CI method yesterday!

Got some spuds going along with a canned version of Alaska's IPA..

While that was going I watched the dogs keeping themselves busy!

Got some bacon going!

Turkey burgers up..mixed in some onion soup mix,
Egg and green chili!! Fried up in the bacon grease!




All cheesed up!

Served up with taters and spicy katsup!

Here's a bite for you!!

That's a great idea using the CI and bacon grease. Every time I cook them direct it's like eating a chunk of partical board.

Good eye guys..can't hide anything..my boy was planting a chia pet..other plate was a smaller version of the same burger!!

Great cook Morgan! Take something healthy and then cook it in bacon fat so it tastes better! Girls look like mine, tug-o-war, goes on at my house too!
