Did a beef roast I picked up in the dog food section L&S on the mini. 225-235* until IT of 127. I wanted this one rare so I can use it for dinner last night and sammies for lunches.
Used hickory and cherry for the smoke and Weber’s Roasted Garlic & Herbs for the seasoning.
Came out great, really tender and lots of flavor.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.

Great looking roast, and nice cart set up.

Dog food section??? If that is in the dog food section I'd like to shop the human section there :-)

Ha! Nice cook, but I like the table even more. Well done. And how the heck do you keep your mini so clean? Are you that O.C.D. guy were you catch the dust before it hits the ground?

Dust is not allowed in my world:cool: I've found if I spray the grates before cooking and clean up right after cooking it's real easy to keep everything clean, before the gunk turns into cement.

Arf-Arf Rich! I'm diggin' that cart (did you post it's construction?) and really diggin' the meal. Nice work.

I did kinda, I had some fun with the forum folk with this thread. It will give you an idea of what I did, I basically used a Char Broil two burner cart and extended the wheelbase to fit the mini. I added the wood side tables instead of the plastic ones to get a little more room.
Here you go if you want to see it.
