Did some pulled pork on my vacation. Just now got around to putting pictures up. I used Renowned Mr. Brown.

Just put on the smoker.

Smoking away.

After I had mopped it.

Finished.

Turned out pretty good. It was the shortest cook i have done with pulled pork.

looks great..what was the weights and cooking time on the pork?

One was 9 lbs. 13 oz. The other was 7 lbs. 6 oz. The total cook time was about 8 hours and 25 minutes. The smoker started to run a little on the hot side when the sun came out.

Your pulled looks really fantastic. I like the bark and the smoke ring. Wich was the cooking T? I suppose no water and no foil?
I used water to keep the temps down. I probably should have added water. By the end there wasn't much left. I foiled after I pulled them. I didn't use them during the cook. That recipe has always turned out for me. My wife says I shouldn't try any others. It always has a nice bark and smoke ring. Its funny though my friend has tried the same recipe on his kettle and can't get the bark the way I can for some reason.

Not nearly to the same degree as foiling, but apples to apples in temps, water in the pan speeds up the cook when you keep it simmering good.

Good looking BBQ!
