looks great..what was the weights and cooking time on the pork?
One was 9 lbs. 13 oz. The other was 7 lbs. 6 oz. The total cook time was about 8 hours and 25 minutes. The smoker started to run a little on the hot side when the sun came out.
I used water to keep the temps down. I probably should have added water. By the end there wasn't much left. I foiled after I pulled them. I didn't use them during the cook. That recipe has always turned out for me. My wife says I shouldn't try any others. It always has a nice bark and smoke ring. Its funny though my friend has tried the same recipe on his kettle and can't get the bark the way I can for some reason.Your pulled looks really fantastic. I like the bark and the smoke ring. Wich was the cooking T? I suppose no water and no foil?
I used to use different rubs but after trying that recipe it has always turned out well. The Mr Brown is were it all begins- Looks very good!
