I picked this bad boy up at Costco for cheep!! Rubbed with lawrys season salt, black pepper, onion and garlic powder and smoked with hickory and pecan. I will be doing this again!!!

Gorgeous Brisket. My only options at the moment are select briskets from the grocery store or Creekstone Farms prime for 4.99 a pound from the butcher. I let my Sam's membership lapse which was my only option for choice. I wish I could get prime for that price!
