It is in Sandusky Ohio. They have since added many more locations. You're Northern Illinois IIRC so I figured it was Dells or secondly Sandusky Ohio.Only Sandusky I know of is in Ohio. If there is a Sandusky in WI I am today now learning of it.

Oh no. Never Ohio. I've done that drive a couple times doing dealer visits when I worked for Canon USA. No way! The Dells is only a little over a 90 min drive for us. OH is an awfully long way with horrid traffic to contend with. Dells I can do in my sleep
