No Jim, my fingers and the computer were not connected and the brain was some where else. I know haven't had my glass of wine yet, that's my story and I'm sticking with it!!

I am seeing them "loud and clear" now. Everything looks "yummy"! We are a fan of pork steaks, too. In fact, we were at our favorite butcher shop, yesterday, and brought home a batch (along with other goodies). Frankly, I would have never thought of pork steaks if it hadn't been for the good folks on this forum. Now, they are often a "featured attraction":D.

Barb, your pork steaks look great. My wife knows what you mean. Blue & Myles think they need to be "right there" to help her. Great pics by the way
