Pork Steaks getting happy with Penzey’s BBQ3000 seasoning

If your in the kitchen Raddy and Whitney are to.

Side dishes were Rich’s Cheesy Garlic Pasta and Yellow squash

First flip of steaks and getting happy.

Then basted with Weber’s BBQ sauce Buzz’n Honey.

Cheese melted on squash and ready to come off.

Plated and ready to enjoy.

I am seeing them "loud and clear" now. Everything looks "yummy"! We are a fan of pork steaks, too. In fact, we were at our favorite butcher shop, yesterday, and brought home a batch (along with other goodies). Frankly, I would have never thought of pork steaks if it hadn't been for the good folks on this forum. Now, they are often a "featured attraction".
