Pork Tenderloins with Apricot chipolte glaze.

Rubbed up some pork tenderloins.

Used this stuff.

Fired up the Kettle.

Letting it do it's thing.

Cooked indirect with KBB and pecan chunks.

The glaze.

I cooked them a little on the direct side and took them off.

Sliced. Just a hint of pink in the middle.

Plated.
