Pork Tacos

Started this dinner by rubbing a boneless pork butt with some Weber's Bold'n Spicy Chipotle Rub.

Put the roast on my rotisserie.

Let the rotisserie do all the work...

Added Charcoal at the two hour mark.

Meanwhile grilled some pineapple and pablano peppersand then started the beans.

Kim made guacamole and Pico.

The meat is pretty much done. Wrapped in foil and kept warm on grill.

Chopped up the pork.

And plated with the pico, chopped grilled pineapple and chopped roasted pablanos. Sorry, picture a little blurry.

The tacos were very tasty. I haven't used the rotisserie to cook a pork butt before and it worked really well. Thanks for looking and have a great rest of your week!

Clint it's the only masher I've ever used. You really have to work it. I would think a waffle pattern would be easier...
