It was just me and my 4 yr old for the Super Bowl so acouple pork steaks seemed like the thing to do.
Marinated in SBR Honey Garlic and some Penzeys from Jim Lampe, thanks Jim.
Something about a hot charcoal fire in the middle of winter, its mesmerizing.
