Man, I'll bet that was delicious. If that's the dirty version, I probably couldn't handle the clean one. That is so frustrating to lose a post. Have you ever tried the Restore Auto-Saved Content button in the lower left corner of the screen? It's saved my butt on many occasion. When you're working on a post the program auto-saves every minute or so. if you inadvertently "lose" a post for whatever reason, you can return to the gallery, click create new post and you should see the restore option. The restore button only shows up when there is saved material remaining on the thread. You probably know all this but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway.
 
Love those pork steaks & pulled chicken. Had to look up what cracklins are. Now if you would have said chicharróns...
Anyway, my fave would be the pulled chicken with chicharróns & that salad.
 
Love pork steaks Bob and yours look great , I use Gouchagong mixed with a little sesame oil and soy sauce for my BBQ sauce on pork lately and it adds a different snap to the pork, I bet Casey would like it.
