Hey-yo everyone and a (late) Happy New Year!!! A tip of the hat to the frigid folks back east: keep warm ya'll... I had a pork steak I've been savin' for a special occasion. My special occasion? Beats me! Other than I had thawed it and it was time to get cooking. I used Bob's mock Wicker's recipe, marinaded for about six hours

made up some tater packets, too. The obscure bottle of beer is Widmer's: B-r-r-r!

PS out of the marinade and dusted w/ Ray's Olde Canadian Steak rub

a little bit later on Round Red. Indirect to start with, finished with a nice sear. Half a chimney of KB.

slathered w/ Maull's, after the turn

bona fide...

one for you and one for me

Great stuff. Thanks for stoppin' by, keep warm and I'll see you around the fire. Come on Eagles!

Love those pork steaks. Onion bits bbq sauce sounds interesting.
Thanks for sharing.

An EXCELLENT Cook Brian!!
Everything looks PERFECT!

How are those potato packets made up?
Sweet potatoes with Yukons and red onions, seasoned?? They're beautiful!!!

Fantastic! I steal everything;). Thanks for the inspiration, Brian. (I see - raw mushrooms on a plate:confused:)
