Pork Spare Ribs on the Jumbo Joe

Been on a little hiatus lately, hope everyone has been well. From the looks of all the quality food being posted, seems as though everyone is still eating ok. 😉

Was in the mood for some pork ribs, so I picked up a rack from Publix, seasoned with Salt Lick original.

A little mix of hickory and cherry wood.

3 hours unfoiled, ~260F dome temp. 30 minutes tightly foiled with light brown sugar, maple syrup added, ~300F. 10 minutes unfoiled, very slightly glazed with sauce, ~310F.
