Been on a little hiatus lately, hope everyone has been well. From the looks of all the quality food being posted, seems as though everyone is still eating ok. 
Was in the mood for some pork ribs, so I picked up a rack from Publix, seasoned with Salt Lick original.
A little mix of hickory and cherry wood.
3 hours unfoiled, ~260F dome temp. 30 minutes tightly foiled with light brown sugar, maple syrup added, ~300F. 10 minutes unfoiled, very slightly glazed with sauce, ~310F.
Time to eat. Cheers!
