I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out, but I said, what the heck. I picked up a very small pork sirloin roast on sale, and threw it on my Mini Me smoker. I used some rub that I picked up from Hawaii 2 weeks ago, good stuff, goes on everything! No water in pan, a mix of hickory and apple wood, adjust vents, held steady at 250F and let it go! 4 hrs later, it looked about done, wrapped the pork roast in some foil with some juice, and let it rest. Pork came out pretty good!! I was happy with the results. Here are the photos.

I had the day off, I split some more oak wood for winter :).

The pork roast looks wonderful. Awhile back, before I bought my WSM, Costco was selling those roasts in a 4-pack. I bought them and they were very tasty. I will have to check to see if they still carry them. Thanks for sharing!
