Pork Medallions w/Mustard Cream Sauce

Put Rub on Tenderloin & seared on each side. Used Apple Wood on the Weber 26. Sliced into Medallions & made a Sauce out of Cream, Dijon Mustard, Mustard Seed, & Tarragon Leaves!!
It was Delicious!!

Looks great Kemper. don't know how I missed this one, glad I found it. Got some left over heavy cream from another recipe. I now know what I'm going to use it for.
