It's been a minute since I've cooked this, so i thought I'd bump it with some fresh pics.

A weeknight cook. Smoked at my house, finished off on a friend's genny E330.

Loin cut in half with four boneless chops removed from the center.

JD lump and a couple chunks from my last box of fruita wood peach.

About 2 hours later.

After a short road trip, glazed and finished on an E330, indirect.

Cooks plate.

Sides are grilled zukes with lemon mustard vinegarette and wild rice with goat cheese.

A local Amador county chianti pared well with the meal.

Wow!! Great looking plate there, Dan.

Where do you get the apricot nectar? It's listed in the original recipe. I plan to make this soon.

I get it at my local grocery store. Safeway has this. I forget what section its in, but it is not with Soda.

Raley's (a regional supermarket chain) has this in the Hispanic food section

You can also try the Mexican section at most grocery stores. Goya has a variety of nectars including mango, passion fruit and apricot. I love using them for different twists on margaritas. 🍹
