Just Nancy & I tonight so we cooked one of her favorites, brined chops with balsamic glaze. This is real easy and delicious. It can be found on the Weber site.

I also did some taters ala Firewire and used the sauce called for in the link. These were coated with EVOO and dusted heavily with Penzeys Sandwich Sprinkle, (good stuff).
Boiling down the balsamic. Don’t laugh, I do it this way since the time I forgot it was boiling and had to evacuate the house it smelled so bad.
Good Stuff!
The recipe calls for fresh Rosemary. Fortunately, ours is still surviving winter.
Chops are done and the taters were pulled off just prior to this.
Plated. Nancy made some pasta salad and rolls so all was good. I picked up a growler of Ithaca Flower Power IPA today and it went well with dinner. Hell, it goes well with anything!
As Always.... thanks for looking.
