Pork chops with gorgonzola

Well, I started with a cutted ​​shoulder (5-6lb) to 10 pieces, seasoned with ground pepper, Hungarian paprika, ground cumin, salt and sugar.

Where in the heck do I get a sideburn, Mildo? Other then looking at myself in the mirror? As everyone has said: great pics and delicious looking food. I can only imagine how good it tastes!
 
Wow, nice cook. Gorgonzola always gets my interest.

My in-laws were in Prague and Plzen on vacation last month; they had a great time.
