Plum Chicken

Today we grilled-smoked some chicken breast. I used some plum wood for smoke flavor. It was good!!!
I'm not going to lie it was delicious!!!

Maribel was very happy that it was very moist and flavorful.

Smoked the potato for 15 min then wrapped in oil and seasoned with chef merito.
