Pizzas on the Santa Maria

Pretty busy with the Livermore Rodeo and all, but managed to get in a Pizza cook on the Santa Maria (even though it started hailing during the cook) crazy weather

Then came the hail

That last pizza stuck to the peel sliding it off, so it came out funny looking, but very tasty

Nice pies Chuck, We're getting your cold front today. Been in the 90s for the past week today 71 and windy, back to 101 by next Sunday. Weirdest weather for this time of the year since we've lived here for the past 15 years.

I almost forgot, I used your world famous pizza dough recipe. I used bread flour this time, and I think I'll stick to the all purpose flour. The bread flour is fine, it's chewy, but I think the all purpose is the best way to go using your recipe.
