Packed up the kettle and everything else I needed to make pizza at the in laws this afternoon since we went over to put together a new play structure for our girls.

Roasted garlic and cheese sticks.






 
Great looking pies Nate! My new kettle pizza and 18.5 kettle are sitting under it's cover still, just way to windy here to get it hot enough to use. hopefully in a week or so the spring winds will die down and I'll get a chance to try it.
 
Awesome pizza Nate, can't wait till Rich can get ours going. Like the bread sticks for sure.
 
Those look excellent Nate, have you measured the temp at the stone yet?

Yep, I always check stone temp with my IR thermo before the first pie goes on. For some reason, I couldn't get the cook temps where I'd like them on this cook. Maybe its because it was not at our house. The temps on this could hardly get past 450* until the last pie which was over 600. It could have been the mesquite wood I was using. It was the only stuff I had.
 
Those are some mighty fine pizzas Nate. However....we need some action shots of the cook :)
