Pizza & Wings

A couple of fast cooks from this week.

Pizza: dough with Itialian seasonings & red pepper flakes, Moose sauce, asiago cheese, pepperoni, portobello mushrooms & black olives.
Cooked on the Blackstone.

Wings: mayo slather, rubbed with Oakridge BBQ Secret Weapon & Habanero Death Dust.
Cooked on the JJ. KBB & apple. Crispy!!!

I rub mayo allover my Thanksgiving turkey, add whatever rub....and then onto the WSM shhhhhhh, it's the bomb.

I just patted the wings dry and gave them a light coating of mayo with a silicone brush. Then applied the rub and then onto the grill. I suppose you could do it either way.
