Some health issues, nothing serious, kept me away from the grill for a whole week.
Yesterday was so nice, I just had to make something:

Earlier in the week I used some leftover tri tip to make stroganoff:

The smoke-grilled beef was great in this dish.

Have a great Sunday everyone!

Stroganoff looks great! I'll take mine with a extra dollop of sour cream please!

I, too, love using leftovers like London Broils or steaks and making stroganoff. Tri-tips are kinda hard to find here.

Hope good health finds you quickly.

Bob; take good care of yourself and get well!

The TT stroganoff is beautiful! Great use of the leftovers. I think bologna is great and fun to grill. Good job as always.

ohYaycoocoohonnY! Your Tri-ganoff looks PERFECT!
and make room right along side of the McBob on the menu for Baloney Dog Sammie!
Great Cookin' Bob!
get out the bottle of Evan Williams... you'll be back at that grill in no time!

Hope it was just the darn flu going around. My mother RIP Justine made stroganoff from left over roasts all the time. Thanks for sharing and for jogging a fond memory.

Excellent looking stroganoff Bob and man that sammie looks utterly delicious!
I'm with Jim a little of Uncle Evan and you will back to new in no time! ;)

Will be better, Bob . In a few days you shall fit;).
Stroganoff is my favorite food, but I never saw it this way.
Thanks for the inspiration, my friend.

Bob glad your back at it buddy...I've been contemplating a good beef stroganoff and yours looks awesome...nice lunch too!!

Always good to see your posts Bob!!

Love it Bob! I love fried baloney and dogs! My grandmother was German. I had no idea how real stroganoff was supposed to look or taste. I also didn't realize how little money we had to survive on growing up on hot dogs and baloney. She would make us beef stroganoff with ground beef and no fungus. Also, she made butter noodles with seasoned bread crumbs, and that was our meal noodles with bread crumbs on them. AND I LOVED THEM!! and still eat them today, the best memories. Thanks for bringing them back with your post. I have to say, (sorry grandma), your stroganoff looks better.

I hope you're better....who else is going to answer all my questions about smoking and Q'n, O B 1 CAN O B?

That sandwich looks devilishly good. I have not had stroganoff in a very long time, that looks great also!!! I'm gonna have to make some the next time I have a leftover roast.
