Pitiful Grill Week - Tri Tip Stroganoff & Baloney Dog Sammie


 
Hope you're feeling better soon, meals look excellent, however I haven't seen baloney in over 22 years and I've forgotten about stroganoff,. gonna have to hunt up a recipe, care to share, thanks for the idea.

Feeling great this morning, went with a few beers rather than Uncle Evan. :)

Not a real scratch stroganoff cook, it uses cream of mushroom soup, and I add a small can of sliced mushrooms.
The sour cream gets added last.

We often make it in a crock pot with a cut up round steak.
