TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
Eye of Round seasoned with Montreal Steak Seasoning then wrapped for a couple of hours and then on the counter for an hour prior to cooking.


Cooked it direct and kept turning it frequently until I got a nice crust then placed a probe in and moved it indirect.


Pulled at 120*F internal and resting


My sandwich, added onion, creamy horseradish and grated horseradish
