my wife and I like yalls style. she lived abroad for 15 years including some of those years in Denmark, Scotland, and Kaz'n. yalls cooks are always simple. elegant. delicious. incredible. yall make us hungry.

@ Rick: We bought a full Tender loin,but since we only made 2 plates we trimmed the loin and cut out a peice of the center. Only to get even peices. A flanksteak cut in half filled the same way would be just as good. Be sure to cut it across the grain in the last step thogh.
