The wings were just OK...
The turkey was damTasty, Juicy to perfect! :p

Jim I'll tell you the truth. Other than butter/salt/pepper, I've never put a rub on a turkey. Seeing this, I may have to change my ways. That look great.
 
Beautiful cook Jim, while I love Turkey I believe I would relieve you of those wings quicker than you could see. I am that fast LOL

I have a turkey breasts in the freezer and i wish cooked it beautifully as you. And chicken looks fantastic too.

Yeah I'm with morgan, It just isn't a Lampe Post without an awesome looking plated pic. I think the birds looked prepared wonderfully.
