Besides the chipmunk jalapeño, sautéed peppers asparagus and scapes with roasted garlic cloves with the peach smoked pork on whole wheat pita bread along with a Mexican light beer.

when ordered from Sharpe Gourmet Smoking Wood, i thought i was ordering PECAN. but the peach aint bad at all.

I love peach wood on pork and chicken! Great cook and I love that you turned it into a veggie and pork pita, I neve would have thought to take it to that presentation.

bought the porktenderloin to cure and smoke into buckboard bacon but when i opened the package, there were two thin pieces of tenderloin, ..... so i went with grilling the pig instead. AND had whole wheat pitas hanging around so everything got incorporated into the porkpitaveggieDoHickie.
