Party all the time Ribs

This was my first attempt at these and I really liked it. So nice to get the slicing done early and a good coating of rub. These were dry with my “house” rub plus a layer of Cow Cover on pork 😬IMG_1776.jpegGot the cooker up to about 250 with some hickory and put them on. This was about 45 minutes into the cook. IMG_1779.jpegKind of lost track of how long these took with a G&T and some tunes IMG_1783.jpegPulled them for a little rest. IMG_1780.jpegIMG_1782.jpegVery nice to not slice after a couple beverages 😬IMG_1785.jpegCheers!

Wow! those look really nice.

Those do look pretty good.
I smoked a thin rack of babies on the E6 this weekend.....and now wish I cooked them like you did.
Next rib cook is my 2 pack of St. Louis......will post!

One benefit to these is that they cook a lot faster. So I found the largest and thickest rack I could. So nice to be able to pull these off in a couple of hours or so.
