Highly unlikely in my experience. Shiny new flavorizers and grates do help a sale, but very few people buying “used” grills really get the difference. You would be extremely hard pressed to recover your 96 bucks. Save those for personal keeper grills.I'm happy to buy RCplanebuyer flavorizer bars for any of my own personal grills but for a flip it would be harder to justify. Unless you can find the right buyer that appreciates the value in them and you can prove what you have.

So, I actually do also have a 1st Generation Summit 650 with its original 9mm Grates also, including the “swinging door” smoker box grates section. Those are the Weber Summit grates I assume you have there. This what it costs for just one:View attachment 94807
They’re for use in future projects. I have aspirations of being like Jon Tofte and you guys when I grow upI have a three piece set myself, but the small section isn't hinged. Do you use either set?View attachment 94808
Yes, they fit. It's part of the advanced class and I didn't think you were ready yet. Those fit??
If so. How have I never heard this before.
Fair enough. To answer your original question. They are of extremely high quality and very desirable. I wouldn't let the set I have go for anything. They’re for use in future projects. I have aspirations of being like Jon Tofte and you guys when I grow up
The cat's out of the bag now, start looking for a set.I'm probably not ready lol.
Exactly Larry, the set I acquired was on a Genesis. I was extremely happy when I opened the lid on that grill.Weber sold those grates way back as an "upgrade" so depending on the customer it would not be unheard of to find them on a Genesis
