I was jokin with my daughter that the chops she bought for me to cook for her and the grandkids were so thin they only had one side. LOL ...but the were delicious.

Started with a simple rub of SPOG (salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder). Then seared them.

put a little sauce down and a layer of chops then a little more sauce and another layer and topped with a little more sauce.

wrapped em up and set them aside.

My granddaughter loves grilled pineapple so we sliced it with a little glaze of SWMBO's homemade pepper jelly, whiskey, and a little BBQ sauce

I left two in case the kids didn't like the heat -- but they loved it.

all done

and plated with a sweet potato SWMBO cooked in the oven

What a beautiful looking meal, Dwain. I think I saw those pork chops in Wal Mart. Thinnest chops I've ever seen, but they did look good. Will pick some up this week.

Those chops look amazing and the tater & pineapple do too

I love skinny pork chops, and buy them whenever I see them (which is rare) I'm lazy, I just fry them in olive oil with seasoning salt. I might have to break tradition and try your cook, looks fantastic

That meal looks amazing, I dont think I have ever tried pineapple that way. I would pass on your pots tho im not into sweet pots myself. But your chops look immaculate.

Great looking meal those thin chops are great. Rich and I get them all the time never had a bad one.

Nice cook Dwain! We just did a few very thin chops and I thought they would be impossible to cook without drying them out, but they came out great.

What a fantastic looking meal!!!! Pork chops that thin is about the only thing I can find around here. If I want thick pork chops I have to pick up a loin and cut them myself.
