So we did another encore tonight. Some chops with a balsamic glaze.

This is Rolf’s version of gas grilling. Reducing the Balsamic……….. This way I don't stink up the house.

The ‘Helper” isn’t that into helping tonight. Actually my youngest son’s girlfriend came over and he LOVES her. The fact that she always brings treats I’m sure has nothing to do with it.

Plated! No leftovers but that may have been due to many beers and not my cooking. 

I think the "no leftovers", is due to the chef and his skills. I'm going to have to try the balsamic vinaigrette some time, I'll take the word of a pro, do it outside! Thanks for sharing!
 
great looking dish!, I have to get one of those grillin plates, I like the idea of the slots instead of holes
