On the Road Burger

We were on the road all day yesterday. Of course I always bring along my JJ and one of my older kettles. Got in late and didn't have much time. Went with burgers for a quick meal. Just did a burger post last week so I'll be brief.

Fixin's. Went with fresh purple onions this time and added some sliced avocado to my wife's burger. These Butter Buns were excellent.



If you notice the odd silhouette of the burger under the cheese, it's because about a quarter of my burger fell through the grate. I've been experimenting with making looser patties and got a little too loose on these! Still plenty good.
