Will have to give this Mayo a go. Normally I marinade them in Buffalo sauce, but this May sounds intriguing, and if the Wife says best ever, who am I to argueSlathered in mayo & then rubbed {snip} Wife sez: Best Ever!!!

Nice job with the wings! I really like my Jumbo Joe, too (I am using a home made "frustrum" with great satisfaction).
Keep on smokin',

Nicely done Robert
Gee I didn't even know that I have a vortex and a homemade frustrum. Although the frustrum is much better at overwhelming the bodzidious before the contracting polynuims can exhibit an exit compared to the vortex due to the bionatical phase of the force field.
Like the simplicity of flappers too.
I told my wife about this, and I got the stink eye look. I told her that your wife says it's the best ever, so let your bride know she's on the hookThanks, Chuck! Actually... it was mayo with salt & pepper in a ziplock with the wings in the fridge for several hours.

Looks great.
What type of metal would one use to make a homemade vortex like that? Basically, what is the minimum I would need and be able to bend without needing to worry about the charcoal destroying it?
