Not a valentines cook.....

On Saturday Feb. 14 we celebrated my moms birthday at my house. Did my moms favorites. Tacos!!!!

It was a beautiful day here in Southern California.



Got the cast iron disc ready. Using a propane burner to heat up the disc



First up carne Asada. Seasoned with chef merito. Used a little pork fat to get things started.



Alpastor was next. This was already marinated by the store.







Kept my stuff warm
