NFL Sunday BBQ'd chicken legs

Today while I'm down in the man cave watching football Deb takes over the grill.

I got the Weber going for her and she took over from there.
Started out brining chicken legs overnight. Then out of the brine & seasoned.
The grill was hot to start with, gave the legs a good smoking. Going to be real guud.

In the CI skillet is onion & bacon for the beans

Switched the bacon & onion over to the hotter side. Legs are doing just fine

Put the beans together and the chicken in a bath of Debs BBQ sauce. Let it all simmer for a while.

Dinner is ready, time to head down to the man cave & watch some football.

Gotta give the legs a A+, beans & potato were a little over done but still real guud.

We're looking forward to Christmas in the new house.

Damn Russ that is one great setup you got there and nice that the lady of the house takes over and make such a great looking cook!
 
Two tvs in the mancave how cool! Great cook, good looking tree but I don't think there's a Genesis under it
 
Russ, looks like you're settled in at the new homestead. Must be nice having a man cave and a wife that knows her way around the grill. Good job Deb, looks great!
Me I just got one, a wife that's getting better at grilling than me, but alas no man cave, oh well I'm still a happy camper.
