I figured I better post this now or it may not happen...
Started like this today!!

Little black bean salsa!

Started up the smoker!

A mess of meat balls and peppers ready to go!

Top rack loaded up and some hickory smoke!

Road side chicken on the green machine!! Soaked all nite!

Bout done! Added some Sauce to the moink balls!

RSC getting color!

All served up!! Mini tacos, peppers, moinks, ...oh man!

Oh man...it was good!! Hope I make it to 1/2 time!!
