Best Birthday present ever.

My Sister came down from Seattle to visit with me and some of her old Hughes Aircraft workmates last summer, i guess she was really listening to what i said as i was smoking some ribs for her and her friends.

Ill be spinning something tomorrow.

I didn't get to spin anything last weekend had to go to Santa Barbara last Sunday to work and just got home today.
I will be getting it durty soon.
Yes that is a counterweight on the rotisserie handle.
I learned to cook at a young age as my sister would say "you cook and ill do the dishes", that always sounded like a win to me, since most guys don't like doing dishes.

OK now the question, I have a 4 pound bone in Ribeye roast, should i spin it high heat on the SS Performer, or spin it low and slow on the 22.5 WSM?

Any help would be appreciated.
