So I am doing a re-do of what has become my favorite meat dish, the family ate well tonight.
All the ingredients lined up, I picked up some thin cut Rib Eye and some thin cut Shell Steak.

Tried to come up with a new creation taste wise and decided to use Scallions coated with Hoisin Sauce. It was real good

Looks good. Have ever made a pork version of that? I used to love pork bolgogi. Probably spelling it wrong...

That meal has plenty of Sol with Rib Eye and some thin cut Shell Steak and mixed Fingerlings coated in Duck Fat….Yumskidlieoshious…;) < not a real word but it should be.

Is there a recipe for the Gourmet Cole Slaw?, i loves me some slaw and like to try every recipe i can get my hands on.

Thanks

Jeff

Everything looks absolutely delicious Bill! I don't think I have seen shell steak down here in Georgia. Does it
go by another name?

Great looking cook.

This pic cracks me up with the beer, hot grill and all the ice hanging from the chair in the background.
