Monster Ribeye

Hi folks, I don't post often but am constantly lurking and checking out all the fine meals you churn out. This meal I just had to share. Local Costco had Prime Cowboy cut ribeye for $12.99/lb. This one just around 2 inches thick and just under 3 pounds. Enjoy the pics...




Seasoned with Kosher Salt and fresh ground pepper.

Having reached an internal temp of 125 goes inside to rest for a bit.






Steak is topped with blue cheese butter and served with baked potato sauteed asparagus and some diablo shrimp.

Still full from this and I had it last weekend!
