We needed to fill in one more cook before Turkey Day so I pulled one out of my waiting to do list. Mongolian Beef on rice and Baby Bok Choy. Here's a few pic's.
One pound of flank steak thinly sliced. Tossed meat in cornstarch and cooked in some Avocado Oil.
Took about 5 minutes or so.
Mixed the sauce which included minced garlic, minced ginger, water, soy sauce and dark brown sugar. Brought to boil, mixed and let simmer a few minutes.
Grilled the Baby Bok Choy. Basted both sides with soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha and black pepper.
Mixed in some green onions.
Plated it with some white rice.
This was a very tasty dish. Will definitely do it again. Hope your weekend was good. Thanks for looking.
