Monday night football rib roast

Decided to do something special for the Monday night NFL double header games. The wife injected & spiced up this rib roast.
Now it's on the rotisserie the old grill goat is doing some adjusting
after 2 hours at around 300 degree's sliced open the roast and pink perfection
Plated and ready to eat, it looks fantastic. My photo of the week
