Based on my wife's interests and the posts I read from Bill Schultz, Cliff Bartlett and Rich Dahl one of her gifts was the Ken Forkish book: Flour, Water, Yeast, Salt. It's a hit !

We got about 4-5" here Rich. Melted really fast on the streets on Christmas Day. Hope you (and everyone here on TVWBB) had a great Christmas!
