Born and raised in Memphis. Their rub and the rub from Corky's BBQ [among a gillion others] are available in grocery stores here and the restaurants also ship. My preference is Corky's fwiw.

Those ribs look about as good as it gets. I have done "Memphis Dry Ribs" from an American's Test Kitchen recipe and REALLY like them. However, my wife prefers Loin Back Ribs ala Harry Soo, so I tend to do those more often.
Both styles can be excellent, so it becomes a matter of preference (or mix 'em up and satisfy everyone).
